MCEPI | European Association of Real Estate Professions

CEPI aisbl (European Association of Real Estate Professions) is a pan-European umbrella association based in Brussels representing real estate professionals in Europe. The mission of the association is to support European and cross-border real estate transactions by developing the work and activities of real estate professionals with the interests of the consumer in mind. The association aims to raise standards in the real estate professions, promoting that real estate brokerage and property management be conducted by qualified professionals with high ethical standards. CEPI and its national associations work hard to ensure that the CEPI brand is widely known as the best guarantee for customers across Europe looking for real estate professionals with proven
expertise, experience, qualified staff, strong ethics and an international network.

In order to demonstrate affiliation to CEPI and its respective national associations, CEPI is now proud to present a tailor-made logo for individual members of national CEPI associations which will facilitate the search of consumers for trustworthy
real estate professionals. The MMCEPI (Member of a Member Association of CEPI) logo demonstrates that a given real estate professional/legal entity is part of recognized national and European networks and respects statutory obligations, more specifically
with regard to ethics, professional qualifications and standards.
