When you’re gonna buy a house, you’re gonna need a real estate agent. They can help you find your way on a foreign market and help you make informed decisions so you end up with your dream home. Here are a few things to pay attention to.

A real estate agent knows what’s for sale and what you could buy. A good real estate agent selects the cream of the crop so you can really start looking for your perfect new home.

Did you find a property that suits your wishes? Good for you! Now your real estate agent can inspect it for possible flaws that you might not have noticed. Are some things (the window frames, for example) due for maintenance soon? Maybe asbestos was used in the roof or the garden shed. Maybe there’s an old oil tank buried in the yard.
